You've been promoted. Trusted. You're delivering. So why does leadership feel harder than it should?

Who you'd be working with
I work with leaders whose responsibilities have grown faster than their confidence.
The thinking that helped you become successful isn't always the thinking that will make you an exceptional leader.
I spent nearly two decades in finance. Ten years in Capital Markets at Citi, and then establishing and running the Asia office of a Global hedge fund. On the outside everything worked. On the inside I was managing chronic anxiety and panic attacks, and still delivering.
What changed it was coaching. Not motivation — frameworks, and a model for my own mind. That discovery became this work.
“The greatest challenge in leadership isn't learning what to do next. It's letting go of the thinking that got you here.”

Sound familiar?
Five thoughts almost every successful leader has—but rarely says out loud.
They're not signs you're failing. They're often the hidden cost of being promoted because you were exceptionally good at your job.
Tap whichever sounds most like your own head.
That got you promoted. But leadership isn't about having all the answers—it's about creating a team that doesn't need yours.
Experts solve problems. Leaders multiply the expertise of those around them. The transition between the two is where most new leaders get stuck.
You have the title, but not the confidence that comes with it. So you hesitate, second-guess yourself, and keep looking for reassurance instead of trusting your own judgement.
The higher you climb, the less feedback you get. If your confidence still depends on someone else's reassurance, leadership can start to feel surprisingly lonely.
That strategy served you well for years and is what got you promoted. But the next level isn't won by doing more—it's won by thinking differently...increasing your impact through higher thinking, better decisions, and developing the people around you.
Leadership isn't something you discover before you lead. It's something you build every time you choose how to respond.
If you recognised yourself in any of these, and found yourself nodding along, you are not alone!
What you're experiencing isn't a lack of confidence or capability. It's an identity transition.
You've been rewarded for being the expert, working harder, having the answers and proving yourself. Those strategies worked brilliantly.
Now they're quietly becoming the ceiling on your leadership.
The next level isn't about becoming someone different. It's about letting go of the patterns you no longer need.
Every client surveyed rated the work 9 or 10 out of 10.

In their words
One word before. One word after.
“She reminded me that I have far more agency than I realised.”
Tessa WehausenVice President, RevelOne“It gave me a lot more awareness of the power of thoughts, and made me realise we all have similar struggles.”
SabineFounder, Pillar 3 Ltd“I just couldn't make decisions. I would sit on them for weeks because I was scared. Claudia taught me how to think and how to keep moving forward.”
“It is not to say I never get stressed, but I now have better mental and emotional resilience. Before working with Claudia I was overcome with paranoia. Now I am strong.”
“I learnt to question my own thinking and separate fact from fiction and the story I tell myself. I'm no longer in the victim mentality I used to be in.”
“Confidence does not mean always having the answer. I trust my judgement more, ask better questions, and remain composed even when the way forward is not immediately clear.”
Working together
How the work is done.
For the individual
One-on-one coaching
Twelve weeks of weekly sessions, with the option to continue. Leadership challenges are rarely caused by a lack of skill. They're caused by the invisible thinking driving your decisions. Our work is to identify those patterns, replace them with more effective ones, and equip you with a practical framework you'll use for the rest of your career.
Every session is built around my A.L.I.G.N. Framework™ — a practical framework that helps you think more clearly, lead more confidently, and make better decisions under pressure. It's a framework you'll continue to use long after our work together ends.
“My aim is simple: to leave you with an internal framework you can rely on — with the tools, perspective, and confidence to keep growing long after our work together ends.”
